I'm Elle, the owner and founder of Elle Baldry Consulting. I started way back in 2017 helping small businesses improve their processes and systems to grow their businesses without becoming a slave to it. 

I'm a tech geek but I like to think I add some spice to it too! I have worked my way up the ranks in the NHS and when I left I found that all my skills could be applied to private business. So here I am re-designing the operational setup of businesses. 
I'm a lover of gin, I have a dog called Luna (You'll see her on my socials) and I consider myself lucky to be able to do what I love and have an impact on people's lives.

Shelby joined Elle in early 2022 as a Systems Consultant.

Based in Texas Shelby is a ray of sunshine on a cold winters day, literally! She brings her experience in systems, processes and events to EBC and we love it.  Shelby runs some of our Dubsado builds and does a brilliant job at making her clients happy and chilled.

Shelby is actually a search & rescue professional over in the states, so she can handle herself in stressful environments. 

Along with Shelby, Delta her German Shepherd joined the gang with her cuteness!
